K12 Launch Coaches will analyze current curriculum maps, scope and sequence to create realistic goals for new technology. Once created, K12 Launch assists in aligning these curricular goals with vibrant digital resources for enabling that technology.

At the beginning of each engagement, a K12 Launch Coach will spend time interviewing and observing teachers. This groundwork will allow our team to gain a complete understanding of what is working well and where gaps exist in its use of technology.

Professional Development must be sustained throughout the year. To implement strategies designed and created for your school, our Coaches will plan and deliver live lessons to students while the teacher observes progress and application

Katie Reel founded K12 Launch with a track record and passion for integrating technology in the classroom. She is a teacher first and foremost and cares deeply about educators who continually balance the everyday demands of teaching while learning and integrating new technology.
