Submit an educator application on our contact page. We review every application and respond within one business day. Once approved, you'll receive access to set up your account and choose your plan.
Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately. Downgrades take effect at your next billing cycle.
Your data is yours. You can export all student records, assessment results, and lesson plans before canceling. We retain your data for 30 days after cancellation in case you change your mind.
No. Parents access the K12Launch parent dashboard at no charge. Educators set their own rates for sessions and bill parents directly. K12Launch's subscription fee is paid by educators only.
No contracts. K12Launch is month-to-month. Cancel any time, no questions asked.
If you're running a literacy center, tutoring organization, or school program with multiple educators, the Pro plan is designed for you. For larger custom deployments, contact us for enterprise pricing.
No. Your subscription fee covers your K12Launch access. K12Launch does not take a percentage of session revenue. (A small transaction fee may apply when using the built-in invoicing feature — this will be disclosed clearly before launch.)
